Eileen Hantke is a retired human resource executive and consultant, who has worked in consulting, manufacturing high tech, not-for- profit, consumer products, and public sector, in domestic and international large company environments. A strategic, conceptual, thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities, she has demonstrated strengths in all areas of Human Resource management and had served as a member of senior management teams. As a member of those teams, she had responsibility for the strategic direction and HR business plan, as well as participating in planning and execution of overall corporate business strategy, directing the growth and direction of those organizations. The organizations she has worked for include, Hay Management Consultants, ASML, March of Dimes, Perrier and AMAX.
Eileen has an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven, a B.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and completed an Executive Program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. She is a certified trainer.
Over her career, Eileen has held local, regional and national board positions in various HR organizations as well as having served as an HR Advisory Committee Board Member and as an adjunct professor at Fairfield University and Marymount College.
Her love of all things music has drawn her to MCO. She has a musical background in piano and guitar and has been a member of choral groups.
