Jerry Eisenberg born February 8, 1952, Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital California. Started playing clarinet at Montague Elementary school at eight years of age. Studied privately with Edmund Chassman for 10 years, went to California State University at Northridge. Joined Maui Symphony in 1988, Jerry Martin conductor, Lou Martin office manager. Have been principal clarinet most of these last 28 years with the now Maui Pops Orchestra Jim Durham, conductor. Soloed with the symphony playing the Mozart clarinet concerto three times with conductor Jim French. Played with various chamber music groups, the village musicians, the High Seas Dixieland Band, the Moonglow Allstars Big Band, and the Maui Chamber Orchestra, Bob Wills conductor.
